Purchased Premium on Wrong Account

Purchased Premium on Wrong Account

Hi, I went on to Facebook to purchase premium at the discount rate of $9.99 for 3 months for my spotify account this evening. Without being prompted to log in, I failed to notice that my facebook spotify was logged in on an old friend's account, not mine. Hence, I purchased premium for someone else and would like to get it cancelled. The account I purchased it for is thrillkill18. If I could get that cancelled, I would gladly purchase premium on my account (foxj64).

In that case I would recommend you contact Spotify so they can take a look backstage.



If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
