Hey Hey,

Can anyone shed some light as to how and why spotify has now started to randomly double charge me? I love the app as I love music but it's a bit degrading how they have pretty much stolen my money.

I have only x1 email address so only x1 account. I've been charged the standard premium $ on the following dates: 30/06/17 ... 20/07/17 ... 30/07/17 ... 27/08/17 ... 30/08/17 ... 02/09/17

The last 3 are all within a week 🤔

I just want my money back or some months for free you know. 

Any information would be amazing!

I would double and triple check that you dont have a secondary account, many people are convinced they dont and they end up having 2+ accounts.

 

Another cause of the problem can be if previous months of Payments have failed and spotify has collected the payment closer to the next debit day, making it seem like double payments. 

 

Your best bet would be to ask Spotify - 

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ - they can filter your card in the payment systems and track and double payments from the account and refund you if you are eligible.
