I made the mistake of using my "work" email address (*snip*) in addition to my personal email address (*snip*) when I created my Spotify account. And my work email address needs to be removed immediately. I cannot access Spotify from my work computer. How?
This is so **bleep** confusing for me. I feel like I need to cancel everything, and start all over, but I've already paid for the upgrade to Premium and without the assistance of a real live human being, I'm afraid I will never be able to get my account established properly, nor be able to use Premium features on both my desktop AND my iPhone.

Hmm.. that sounds weird how you have two emails connected to one account. You can remove or change emails on your account page for Spotify:

https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

You will just need to click the link, click edit profile, and once you have removed your work email you can just click save profile.

 

To talk to a Spotify employee, I would reach out to Spotify Care in that case who you can reach through this anonymous contact form. If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
