Minha conta mudou de premium para o Duo e não descontaram o valor atualizado, estão me cobrando uma nova fatura como se não tivesse pago. A diferença é 5,00 e como faço pra pagar ?

Welcome to the Community. We hope you don't mind us responding in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

When you change your subscription, you shouldn't be immediately charged for the new plan, but depending on the price you can be charged a bit earlier than usual which results in a different payment date (to make up for the price difference between Individual Premium and Duo). You are charged the full price of the new Premium plan that you changed to and not the partial price difference.

 

More details on your subscription and payment date, you can see on the Account Overview page

 

It's also worth mentioning that if you're seeing any double charges for the same month it's possible that you're paying for two different accounts and in order to investigate if that's the case, you can check out the info in this article
