Premium Duo doesn't work

Hello, I have à similaires problems. My girlfriend have a Frebch account me a italian account. I update to French payement, but m'y Profil IS still on Italian account and I can't change my country. How can I solve this ?

As stated here, the changes will take effect from your next billing date, so you'll have to wait until then 🙂
