Student Discount Registeration

Its been a month and still cannot complete the purchase. When im going to log in my account to comple the purchase it always direct me to error 404.

If you haven't tried it already, could you try heading again in a private/incognito window? We'd also recommend checking out this support article for further steps.

Já tenho o registro de estudante, porém está sendo debitado o valor integral do plano, gostaria de ser ressarcido e ter o plano arrumado. Obrigado

If the price has gone up from the student discount price, it may have expired. Don't worry, you can renew every 12 months as long as you’re eligible!

If this doesn't sound right, or you're being charged the student price as well as another - let us know. We'll see what we can suggest.
