I have the same problem, but instead I  had a regular family premium account and it was being paid with Paypal's "recurring payments". With the last billing I received the same message and now it seems I am only able to pay with a creditcard.

Is this a result of the same policy? If yes, does it mean that only the regular premium subscription is payable without a creditcard?
