Reactivate premium with Mobile Phone Plan Promotion

Several years ago I switched phone plans with Fido (a Canadaian carrier) and they had a promotion for spotify premium for 2 years.

That promotion has not expired and I am now using a free account. I have recently upgraded phone plans again, and again have received a promotion for a free 6 months subscription.

Can I/How can I use this free 6 moths subscription to reactivate on a free account that already exisists?

Since you want to resubscribe through Fido, you'll need to ask them to activate the subscription on the account of your choosing.
