Realizaron dos cargos y recibo correo que no he pagado

Checo mi recibo y aparece mi pago de febrero, hace 5 dias realizan 2 cargos a otra tarjeta que no tenia registrada y recibo un correo donde va a cancelar mi servicio porque no han recibido mi pago, donde puedo comunicarme para aclarar esta situacion?
