Reconnecting to Hulu

Last month, my student subscription to Spotify expired and I didn't update it in time, so I had one month of regular Premium before I switched back to a Student subscription this month. I have since lost access to the Hulu portion of my Student subscription. I can still log into the Hulu account that I had linked with Spotify, however it now doesn't seem to register the subscription, as it prompts me to start a free trial or buy a subscription. 

Is there way to refresh the connection to Hulu after the lapse in my subscription? My Spotify accounts page says the accounts are still linked, so I'm not sure what I can do.

If you've renewed your student discount here, and received the email confirmation to complete the discount purchase, you just have to access your Spotify Account page and click the "Activate Hulu" button.

In case you can't find this button, make sure you're logging in with the correct Spotify details, since you could have multiple accounts. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.
