Refund Me. Why no live support?

I have been trying to access help re an account deduction for over an hour! You're completely unreachable. 

I signed up as you state a free trial available or a week for R13.99. Was planning a monthly subscription then which you advertise for R64.99 per month..Yet you debited my account with a years subscription of R649.00 which I didn't select. Wanted to use trail and then decide yet should know NEVER to disclose payment details as funds are illegally grabbed all the time by such deceptive corporates. Refund my R649.00. I am no longer interested in spotify and don't have hours more and frustration to spare.**bleep** Order no: XXX Pls let me know when to expect refund

Thanks for reaching out!
Spotify should never debit an amount different than you have selected but sometimes things might go wrong for one reason or another.
As we can't see accounts or make changes to them from the forum, your best course of action would be to reach out to our support folks 🙂 
They will take a look backstage, see what has happened and hopefully help out!
