I was on a trial period of the subscription, and then you charged my card even though I did not want to continue it. It has not been 14 days since the payment, so please refund my money, as I really need it.

If you didn't cancel during the trial period, it's expected that you'll get charged 🙂

I recently signed up for a free trial of Spotify Premium, expecting that I would not be charged without prior notice. However, my account was charged 450 PKR without any notification or permission, and my subscription was automatically renewed.

I was unaware that my trial would convert into a paid plan without a clear warning. I kindly request a refund for this charge, as I did not intend to continue the subscription. Additionally, I have already canceled my Premium plan to prevent future charges.

Please assist me in processing my refund at the earliest. I appreciate your help.
