My Question or Issue

So my initial problem was that I had a Spotify Premium account which I wanted to upgrade to Family Plan. Problem was, the original account was for a year, and the Family Plan got added to it, but it wouldn't start till after the original plan ended. I got in touch with customer help, and they suggested reverting back to free, and then adding the family plan on top of that. I went ahead, thinking I'd get a refund for the family plan, but turns out I didn't, and I had to pay again for a fresh Family Plan! Now I'm wondering whether it's possible to get a refund on the first Family Plan I paid for. Is this possible? Whom should I approach regarding this?

Spotify does have a refund policy which you can find more information about in the Terms and Conditions under Section 4.2.

 

As you check it out there will be an option to get in touch with Customer Support who will be able to help further.
