Remove the commercials after every three tracks, they give me a headache. Besides, it sounds terrible, nothing interesting. Always the same. And it might play three more times in a row.

There isn't a way to change the frequency necessarily of the ads you'll see between tracks, but I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks as Spotify always looks to improve the user experience.
