Removed from family plan and completely deleted my account?

I was removed from my relative family plan and account completely deleted. You could have warn me, I would have pay my own subscription 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for reaching out.

 

While it is possible that the owner of a Premium Family plan removes you from their plan, it is not possible for an account to just get completely deleted. Your account reverts back to Spotify Free when you get removed from a paid plan.

 

Are you seeing any error messages when attempting to log in? If so, which one(s)?

I try to sign in with the email I have got the code to join the plan years back: system said it was not in the archive

Thanks for getting back.

 

Invites for a Premium Duo/Family plan can be sent to any email address, no matter if it is being used for a Spotify account or not. Inviting an email address that isn't associated with an account on Spotify also doesn't create an account automatically.

 

If you can't remember your login details, I recommend heading here.

 

Also, you could also reach out to the owner of the Premium Family plan and ask them if you're still part of the plan.
