trying to reset my password but link is invalid within seconds of receiving it in inbox?

Hey @HelenG123,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

Since this type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device or network restrictions, we'd first recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi network and in an incognito window to see if it makes any difference.

 

If the issue persists, as it's possible that it could be account-related and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd suggest contacting our Customer Support directly so they can check your account and help you further.
