My Question or Issue

We just went from Family Plan to Duo. I am the Plan Manager and my wife is the plan member. When we switched plans, she lost all of her personalized playlists from her library. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The type of subscription on an account shouldn't influence the Library so in this case, it sounds like she's simply added the wrong account to the Duo plan.

 

You can use the steps here to try and locate her other account which should contain all her personalized playlists. Then you can find steps to send her a new invite to your plan here.

Lot's of great information on retrieving playlist. None of them worked for me, but most importantly, through the process I got connected to a human being. After almost two hours of persistence, we resolved the problem. Thank you for your guidance.
