Buon giorno, mi stavo registrando su Spotify per studenti quando, dopo aver messo tutti i dati della carta, mi porta dove devo inserire la mia scuola, apparte che non c’era, ma poi ho visto che c’era scritto che ancora non avrebbero addebitato nulla sulla carta, invece sono andata a vedere e avevano addebitato 4,99€ anche se io non ho potuto continuare dato che non si trova la mia scuola nell’elenco. Come posso fare riavere i miei soldi? Grazie

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for regular Premium here.
