SPOTIFY IS STIL CHARGING ME HELP!!

My Question or Issue

I have cancelled my subscription 2 months ago and both of those month spotify have taken 9.99 from me. This is frustrating trying to get this fixed and refunded. Anyone please help. 

 

I have joined a family plan from a family member last month but spotify shouldnt be charging me by joining someone elses family plan.

I have done al these step and made sure i cancelled and made sure it is telling me to join PREMIUM prior to joining another person family plan account.
