SPOTIFY PREMIUM - help

okay so here is my situation...

since years ago my account for spotify is premium.. then just recently it turned into a free acount and i also have to change country..

I came from the Philippines been staying here for several months already. at first my spotify is working alright. Then, Several days ago it turned into a free account. Then it said i cant use spotify for more than 14 days in another country.

1. How can i get my premium back? 

2. The country should be Philippines

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
