My Question or Issue

Me invitaron a un plan familiar, cuando me uní se hizo el cargo a mi tarjeta y desde entonces nos han hecho un cobro doble tanto al titular como a mi el plan familiar. Al revisar me doy cuenta que en realidad Spotify nunca me unió al plan familiar y cambio mi plan sin antes preguntarme y utilizando mi tarjeta.

It sounds like you were never on the Family plan and that you were being charged under Premium Individual. In the future, please check your account page to ensure that you're on the correct plan. Spotify does not change plans or any account changes on the user's behalf.

 

If you are concerned about your account's security, you can follow these steps to ensure that your account is protected.
