SWITCHING COUNTRY AND STUDENT DISCOUNT

Hi there!

I was a student in the US so my spotify student premium account is based in the US but I  am now a student in the UK and I need to verify that I am student again because I am being charge full price again.

When I try to change the country (by updating my payment details) it won't let me change the postcode. Please help me I love the music but cannot afford the full price!!

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the community!

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get the student discount.

If that doesn't do the trick and you can't change the country after entering the new payment method, I'd suggest cancelling the current subscription first. Once your account goes back to Free, you'll be able to update the country before verifying your student details again.
