Se me cobró el premium gratuito

Adquirí el plan premium el 12 de enero, pero se me cobró (son tres meses gratis). Investigué un poco y encontré información, la cual decía que se retira dinero de la cuenta para asegurarse que hay dinero para poder continuar con el servicio una vez se acabe el servicio gratuito, sin embargo el dinero lo regresan. Mi pregunta es: ¿Cuándo regresan el dinero? 🤔

As a heads-up, your bank can give you all the details about funds held for an authorization charge and about when they will be returned to you.
