My Question or Issue

Trying to sign up for the three month premium for free subscription. Signed up with my Google account, entered all the information. It’s asking for a verification code, but I didn’t receive anything to my Google email account. What now?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

We'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what you kindly mentioned.

 

We understand you signed up with Google to create your Spotify account, correct? If perhaps you're having issues with logging in with Google, we'd suggest you assign a password to your Spotify account, so you can log in with email and password. To do it, you just need to enter your email here, so you'll receive an email to set a password.

 

If you're not having issues when trying to log in, but rather while trying to make the payment because you don't receive a verification code from Google, then we'd suggest you get in touch with them so they can help you and add further insights if necessary. If this is not the case, it'd be really helpful if you could send us more info about the step in which you're asked for a code and if you could complete the subscription process.

 

If perhaps you're having issues while subscribing, it's important to keep in mind that you’d be eligible for our offers if you've never been on Premium service before.
