My Question or Issue

I am currently having issues loading in the application of my Roku Spotify Application. I have tried checking for updates, deleting and reinstalling and nothing seems to work to load into Spotify itself it's just stuck on the logo. Has anyone had similar problems?

Hello all,

Currently having issues with my Roku TV. I try to load up spotify but it's literally stuck on the spotify screen and doesn't load in any farther than that. If anyone has any suggestions please help!

Just to confirm, when this happens, are you already logged in, or does this happen prior logging in?

In any case, do you mind seeing if resetting your network connection or switching temporarily to a new one helps resolve the issue?
