Sheerid won't let me renew my student discount

I have been using the university plan for 1 or 2 years and now I need to renew, I saw that my plan has become individual and went to the site to change it, when I tried to prove my enrollment Sheerid gave me the following answer "you have already taken advantage of this offer", but according to the guidelines of the platform this plan offer should be extinguished only after 4 years of use, which is not my case ...

Hello @ConkersDias!

 

Can you try signing up for Spotify Premium for Students here? If you're still getting the same issue, can you try using another browser or Incognito Mode?

I tried again in 4 different browsers, using regular and anonymous tabs, and the problem is still the same, I don't know what's wrong...

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

If you see this error message, it means that SheerID has already handled your verification request and has sent you a link for the activation of the offer. If you don't find the link even in your spam folder, contact SheerID directly to request a new link. Here is how to do that.
