Skipping through songs

I have premium but for some reason my account won't let me skip to a certain part of a song on my phone. I've tried logging out and logging back in and nothing seems to help. I tried doing it on my laptop and it works just fine it just doesn't work on my phone.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
