Hi I hope you can resolve my problem without me going to bank and report a fraud. I always got a bill of 16.32 $ deduction every month for couple of months now. Please! Remove it because I'm not using it! I don't know what password or user account it is. What I know is my card is used without my permission! Thanks

In this case, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. Be sure to send over a screenshot of your bank statement showing all of the info for your Spotify charge. They'll definitely be able to help.
