My Question or Issue

I am trying to take Spotify Premium Family 3 months trial. But after entering the OTP I am redirected to the same page with the message:"something went wrong".

P.S.:I am using Visa card for that and it's not expired.

Could you try the same thing using a different browser or private window? If that doesn't help, please try some payment troubleshooting steps here.

Thanks for the reply. Please make sure that you've followed all payment troubleshooting steps. If you have, then it'd be a good option to try a different payment method.
