My Question or Issue

So I've been trying to get my s/o and I on duo, as it's just a cheaper option than both of us paying separately. But every time I've set us up for duo, it doesn't stick and I keep getting charged my regular premium price. I've had to set him up twice on my duo account (it goes through fine but every time payment is due it goes back to just my regular Premium charge), and even when I do there's none of the benefits of duo that come with it, no shared playlists or the combination one that's supposed to come with it. It doesn't even show any sign of him being signed up with me and it's getting annoying having to pay the extra over and over if it's not wven going to stay? How do I go about fixing it?

This sounds like you might have another account and you might be receiving charges for that one too. Check out this article to make sure that's not the case.
