Hello, 

Due to a change of banking account, and temporarely not able to pay by Credit Card, I bought a pre-paid card. But when I try to add it to my account, it says unable to redeem code, due to Spotify duo not payable via prepaid???

Is this normal?

At the moment, gift cards can only be used to pay for Premium Individual and not Family, Duo, Student or trials.

So I'm afraid but it'd require a different payment method.
