Spotify Family invite gone wrong

For some reason my Spotify Family invite is being sent from another account - therefore when I invite someone from my family, they can't be added to my family subscription. It's odd 😞

Just to confirm, are you able to access with your account here and send/cancel the invites of your Premium for Family plan? If so, when other user receives the invite, they see someonelse's name, or they see your name and they cant accept the invite? 

We know it's possible that when you send a invite to other user, they see another name in there. This happens because the name that shows up in the invite is registered when you enter the address information and send the first invite to another user. It's possible that you put the wrong name by mistake and that's why a different name shows up when you invite anyone. However, this shouldn't prevent the other user from accepting the invite and joining the plan as long as they live in your same house and register the same address.

Could you give it another try? We suggest that the other users you try to accept their invite from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window.

Thank you so much for this! Correct - when other user receives the invite,
they see someone else's name unfortunately. It's just so weird - we have
used chrome and everything so should not be the issue. Still not working
unfortunately 😞
