Spotify Keeps Telling Me "Payment Method Failure" and My Responses Are The Same Excuse

I've used 8 different credit cards with enough balance to support premium's fees. Every time I plugged in the card, I receive a message saying "Payment Method Declined" I know for certain that waiting and waiting and waiting to try again isn't working. None of the solutions provided are working. I hear the same excuse from Spotify's help center that I need to update the country and I did but, nothing appears to be working. My account has never been exposed to premium and I'd like to get the 99 cents for 3 months deal before New Years. Please help!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
