Spotify Premium - Smart Load

So, I've been using my Smart load to pay for my Spotify account every month. Two weeks ago, my account was "paused" because I failed to pay for this month. Because I wanted to enjoy my songs even in a free account, I cancelled my subscription. Now, I wanted to renew it again, but whenever I go to the payment methods and click the "pay by mobile" part, this always comes up:

 

  • Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team.

Please help! I really want to go back to my Spotify Premium!!

As already instructed in the error message, please try again and if it doesn't work, contact Spotify's support team. 🙂

Yeah, I already did try refreshing it over and over again. This always comes up.
