Spotify Premium / mighty3

Spotify Premium / mighty3

I bought the Spotify premium account and added my two daughters to it so they can use the Mighty3 MP3 player at camp w/o internet. 

They were both working when they left to go to camp, but my one daughters stopped and she got a message saying "the trial period is over"

Looking at the account, everything is active. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening to just her Mighty3?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, do you have a Premium Family plan and have you added your daughters to it? Is this issue happening just to one of them or to all of you? Please, double-check your plan details to make sure everything is correct on your side.
