Hi my name is Jose Gutierrez. I'm trying to update my payment information because I lost my old credit card and it won't let me do it. I know that my current credit card is fine. What should I do?

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? Also, we'd recommend making sure that your card meets the requirements. Here you can check them.

Hi,

My card meets the requirements. I've been using all of my cards for other purchases and they all work fine. I've tried all of them to pay for my spotify premiun and it doesn't work. I know that its not a problem with my credit cards because I've been using them on regular bases. They all are US credit and debit cards so I dont know what is going on. I google it and it seems like a lot of people have had the same issue that I am having.
