Spotify Premium you cannot change your plan twice a year

Hi, i recieved an invitation to join to a familiar premium plan , but when I entered my information and confirmed, it appeared a message in red saying that you can only change your spotify plan once a year, what does that mean? Because all my other familiy members have done the same and for them it worked and now they have spotify premium, so i dont urdenstand why for me it doesn´t work, i put the same address and everything please helep . Thanks (:

Hi @Michellerv

Did you participate in another family account in the previous year? According to the official support article:

  • You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

If you were a member of another family account that is why you may see this message.
