Spotify Premium

I have been tryung to subscribe to Premium ALL month, and it has been telling me my payment method has failed and to try it again later. I have two Visa gift cards that I have tried to use, neither of them working for me. I've tried making a new account and that still won't accept my cards.

Hey @xxjaixx, apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Could you try this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device. 

 

If you’re still having issues, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown?
