Spotify Premium.

I pay £9.99 per month through my O2 mobile telephone account and have been doing for a good number of months now. I thought this entitled me to a Spotify Premium Service but I am getting ads and cannot download from my playlist so I can play my music offline. Could you please check what service I should be receiving

That doesn't sound quite right.

Does your account overview say that you've got Spotify Premium?

And have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
