Hello. I have recently tried the 30 day free trial and little did I know, it was going to block me from skipping my music. It's very disappointing to know that there was no disclaimer when I tried this. I really love the app, but the fact that this happened is very annoying, frustrating and sad. If there was a disclaimer I wouldn't have done the free trial, but it was unfair to blind me of what the consequences were. I would pay $9.99 a month, but I don't want to. I would really like if you guys would take it down, or at least put a disclaimer. I've tried making new accounts because of it and sadly it doesn't work. So next time please put a disclaimer or something.It's sad that I don't get to choose my music any more. I put it on a seperate playlist just to listen to one song that I want. But even if it starts playing random music that I don't even have on my playlist. It's annoying to me. So please if you can fix these issues. It's maybe just me, but I don't enjoy the lack of this I can't do once I started the trial. I'm very disappointed that I can't take back the trial.Please fix, or maybe possible take it off my account. It would be nice to use this app or a long time, it's really good. Thank you

It sounds like you don't have Premium. On Premium, you shouldn't be having any of these issues.

 

Try logging out and back in a few times to see if it helps with seeing your Premium features.
