Spotify account automatically switched to free

I had a Fido pulse plan which gave me a free subscription for 2 years. Tonight the app said I only have a free account. I logged out, deleted the app, and re-installed it again.

Nothing worked. Help 😞

In this situation, get in contact with Spotify staff via the form and they will be able to assist you further.

Hey @Fhgghterszzz, not to worry, first things first, just log onto your online Spotify account and check to see if the subscription is still on your account. If not, its a good idea to get in contact with Fido pulse who would have implemented the subscription. Let me know how this goes 🙂

the same thing happened to me and when i called Fido they said that everything was fine with my account but its still not working.
