Spotify cancelled my subscription?

Hi there,

 

I've had Spotify Premium with my family since around 2015, I think, but as of May 4th, 2018, my subscription was cancelled and I'm now listed as a Free account.

 

We've paid for the subscription consistantly, and we haven't updated our payment methods or added anybody/changed the plan. This was very sudden.

 

If anybody could help me out, or let me know how I can reclaim my Premium status, it would be appreciated as I love Spotify, but can't handle the ads and decreased audio quality that come with a Free membership. Thank you.

EDIT:

Some other information I didn't include but feels relevant is that:

- I'm not the owner, I'm on my family's plan

- I am the only one on my plan affected by this issue

- I use Spotify almost daily, and I'm usually auto logged in
