Hello, I wanted to pay my Spotify family subscription using some money I already had on PayPal and my credit card. I've been paying this way for more than a year now with no problems.
Anyway, somehow I received two payment attempt. One was successful, the second one wasn't. Both of the same amount.
I'm unable to pay for the family plan now, and to be honest I won't until this issue gets resolved.
Is there a way to talk to the technical support?
