Spotify does not want me as a customer-PATHETIC

 

My Question or Issue

 

Will not accept my or my wife's card. Just shows 3 pulsing dots.  why should i bother with a company who has not channels to directly communicate. Sheer laziness  and contempt.  Will use another service.

Could you start by giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.

 

It's also a good idea to test it on a different device and network.

 

If the issue persists, could you let us know what subscription you and your wife are trying to start and at what step you get the loading screen?

I have emailed you "people" like 10 times and you wont even respond.

 

Fix your damn app, do your job like everyone else on the planet is expected to do.

 

 

Have you tried to use Paypal?

Anyway, I think it's the payment gateway problem. Don't blame it to Spotify.

did you wanna troubleshoot it and fix it for them?
