My Question or Issue

i have just finished my trial with free Spotify and I’m trying to subscribe to premium. I’ve logged in via website and clicked sign up for premium. However it’s taking me to a page (see the picture attached) and then it’s not letting me do anything else? I go onto my app and I’m still with free Spotify. 

can anybody help me to try and subscribe to premium?

Can you try to subscribe in a incognito/private window?

It would also be great if you can try to subscribe from another device if it's possible?

If that doesn't do the trick - can you send us a screenshot of what's happening when you try to subscribe?

Note: Make sure the screenshot don't show any sensitive and personal information.
