Pay by mobile problem

I cannot process my payment through pay by mobile. Im stuck on the page with "Get Premium: Your Plan" with the amount and country. No option to input your mobile number and proceed.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.


Sometimes data in your browser can cause such behavior. An easy way to avoid this is using a private or incognito browser window. This page has all the instructions on how to open one. A good idea would also be to try a different browser or another device if that's an option. If you are using VPN you should also deactivate it.


If that doesn't fix things a screenshot of what you see at your end would help us out a lot in getting to the bottom of this. You can attach it to your post via the Insert Photo option, just be sure to hide any private or sensitive information.
