My Question or Issue

Je suis invité sur un compte DUO PREMIUM. Après plusieurs mois d'utilisaiton du DUOMIX sans problème celui-ci ne se met plus à jour avec mes données. Je n'apparais plus sur le DUOMIX. J'ai désinstaller/réinstallé tous mes devices. J'ai essayé plusieurs devices, pareil.

Lorsque je vais sur le DUO MIX on me demande de rejoindre, j'accepte, mais rien ne se passe. L'application me demande chaque fois que je vais sur le DUO MIX si je veux rejoindre, je sors, je reviens sur le DUOMIX ça me le demande à nouveau.

J'ai écumé les le présent site sans trouvé de solution.

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing. Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.
