Spotify family

Spotify family

Ive been a Spotify Premium user for years and now signed up for Family account. Which is not working as it should as my family members cant accept the invite due to not giving the correct address... We have moved 5 times in the last 2 years and I cant even check what address is given to Spotify. 

I therefore cancelled all Spotify and started all over just to get message that Spotify now doesnt accept my credit card. There is no support to get asap but have to trust this community. I am virtually 5 min from giving up on Spotify and say goodbye forever.
