Spotify for Students issue

Good morning.

I'm an italian user. Basically, I paid for a subscription to Spotify for Students, and I see that the payment has already been credited on my Visa. (€4,99)
The problem is that another Spotify account was open on my browser when I tried to verify my student data. So that student data has been linked to that account, and as a result, I don't have a Premium subscription on either of the two accounts. (But the money has been paid.)
What should I do? Is there a way to speak directly with Spotify? Thanks!
