Hey i got this problem everytime i want redeem a gift card an error shows up i tryed with my cc but it shows the same error, i allready used 2 on the account.

Could you try using another browser or incognito mode to see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, try using another device. 

If you’re still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
